Large Group Class

My large-group Paula Method classes are designed as thematic series that introduce core principles, develop foundational skills, and create a shared experience of learning in a supportive environment.

Each series focuses on one central theme. Examples include:
• Posture & Alignment
• Digestive Support
• Pelvic Floor Health
• Breathing & Ease
• Paula Method Fundamentals

These groups are ideal for beginners and for anyone who wishes to build a steady, clear foundation for personal practice. Together, we explore gentle ring-muscle work, daily habits that support ease and balance, and practical tools you can integrate into your everyday life.

Small Group Class

My small-group Paula Method classes are built by request and shaped around the needs of each group.
These intimate classes create a warm, supportive environment for learning, reconnecting, and gently strengthening the body from within.

Each group is designed around a specific theme, for example:
• Prenatal Class
• Back Care
• Trauma Support
• Pelvic Floor Health
…or any other focus that fits your needs.

Free Community Group Class - Winter Reset

ONE FREE CLASS

Thursday, December 4th 2025, at 11AM EST

Join me for an hour-long online community class.

In this Winter Reset session, we’ll work with gentle Paula Method exercises that support inner attention, soft circulation, and quiet, easeful movement, all especially helpful during the colder months.

This class offers a calm space to reconnect with your body, explore small rhythmic work, and give yourself a bit of warmth and softness from within.
