Group Classes
I offer few group classes regularly, all take place online and are very popular.
Large Group Class
$600.00
10 weeks, for 6-10 people
Time TBD
My large-group Paula Method classes are designed as thematic series that introduce core principles, develop foundational skills, and create a shared experience of learning in a supportive environment.
Each series focuses on one central theme. Examples include:
• Posture & Alignment
• Digestive Support
• Pelvic Floor Health
• Breathing & Ease
• Paula Method Fundamentals
These groups are ideal for beginners and for anyone who wishes to build a steady, clear foundation for personal practice. Together, we explore gentle ring-muscle work, daily habits that support ease and balance, and practical tools you can integrate into your everyday life.
If you’re interested in joining a large-group series or would like to gather a group around a specific theme, please reach out by email or WhatsApp. I’ll be happy to help create a class that fits your needs.
Class takes place online.
Small Group Class
$600.00
6 weeks, for 3-5 people
Time TBD
My small-group Paula Method classes are built by request and shaped around the needs of each group.
These intimate classes create a warm, supportive environment for learning, reconnecting, and gently strengthening the body from within.
Each group is designed around a specific theme, for example:
• Prenatal Class
• Back Care
• Trauma Support
• Pelvic Floor Health
…or any other focus that fits your needs.
If you’d like to start a small group, or bring together a few friends with a shared interest, I’ll help design a customized series and choose a timing that works best for everyone.
To explore creating a small group, please contact me by email or WhatsApp. I’d love to hear what you have in mind.

Free Community Group Class - Core Strength with Pelvic Floor Awareness
ONE FREE ONLINE CLASS
Monday, February 16th, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST
Join me for an hour-long online community class.
Core Strength with Pelvic Floor Awareness is a gentle, informative practice that explores how to engage and support the core while maintaining the health of the pelvic floor.
Many common “abdominal” exercises place unnecessary strain on the pelvic floor. In this class, we’ll learn a more integrated approach — strengthening the core with awareness, coordination, and ease.
The practice is accessible, mindful, and designed to support healthy function rather than force or strain.
No prior experience is needed.
The Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants before the class.
Please be sure to complete your registration and check your email for the confirmation message.
